Q)Do you ship internationally?
A)Yes, we ship worldwide. If UPS, DHL or FedEx delivers to your country, we will usually ship to it. We can even ship to your DHL, UPS or FedEX account on collect basis. You can also choose to use your own forwarder, we will give the goods to them.
Q)How do I determine shipping rates?
A)You can call the toll free numbers of the above side courier companies to check or you can check with your forwarder.You can also ask us about the freight estimated, usually our rates may be better.(because prepay at the shipper side the rate is lower)
Q)How long will it take to deliver?
A)We ship out our international orders quickly. If an item is in stock, it will normally be sent out the next day. for common orders it is within about 3 business days after receipt of payment. After that, it depends on the method of delivery you have chosen when you placed your order.
Q)Can I get a tracking number for my shipment?
A)If shipment via companies like DHL, UPS or FedEX, these companies will give the tracking number so that you can track the shipment on their website. We strongly suggest you select a shipping option that provides a tracking number. Without a tracking number, there is a greater risk of an order getting lost.
Q)Will I still have to pay duties on my package?
A)Duties are not included in our pricing. All importation charges will be paid by you. |

Payment Terms
Q) What is the payment terms?
A) Usually we require full payment before delivery by international wire transfer to our company account.
Q)Do you accept payment by credit card?
A)Sorry we are not able to receive payment by credit card now(because of China finance policy).As to using Paypal to get payment by credit card it is known that the risk is paypal claim to have the rights to close any account without notice any time they think the account is suspicious.This is a big risk for both buyer and seller,so we do not use Paypal.
Q)How about using western union?
A)We can get payment sent from western union but we do not suggest you choose this way, reason one is by this way the bank charge is very high at your side (at our side it is no bank charge),reason two is to protect you from any possible risk(Western union is known as not a good way of payment to protect the rights of the buyer).
Q)How long it takes for you to get the payment after we make the transfer?
A)It is around 1 to 3 business days, depends on which bank you use and your location. |

Making Contract
Generally, customers shall purchase products by issuing a written purchase order signed by an authorized representative, indicating product names and descriptions, quantity, price, total purchase price, shipping instruction, requested delivery date, bill-to and ship-to addresses, tax exempt certifications if applicable, and any other special instructions and information.
Or customers can just confirm our proforma invoice instead of issuing the purchase order, on our proforma invoice sent to the customers, we will also list product names and descriptions, quantity, price, total purchase price, shipping instruction, requested delivery date, bill-to and ship-to addresses, tax exempt certifications if applicable, and any other special instructions and information.
The agreed proforma invoice and/or agreed purchase order will be regarded as the sales contract.
The customers can also require other ways of establishing the sales contract in their preferred manner. |

Warranty
China Netbooks Company products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year unless otherwise stated from the date of delivery to the initial end user of the product.
If China Netbooks Company receives notice of such defects during the applicable warranty period, China Netbooks Company shall, upon review, replace products that prove to be defective or do not meet specifications, China Netbooks Company entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at China Netbooks Company option, (a) return of the price paid, or (b) replacement of the product that does not meet China Netbooks Company limited warranty. Any replacement product will be warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery to the initial end-user of the product.
Please note that the following are NOT covered under warranty:
• Any loss, damage and/or malfunction relating in any way to shipping, storage, accident, abuse, excessive use, alteration, misuse, neglect, failure to use products under normal operating conditions, failure to use products according to any operating instructions provided by the seller, lack of routine care and maintenance as indicated in any operating maintenance instructions, or failure to use or take any proper precautions under the circumstances.
• Products, items, parts, accessories, subassemblies or components, which are expendable in normal use or are of limited life, such as but not limited to dust caps, diodes etc. The seller reserves the right to revise the foregoing list of what is covered under this warranty.
China Netbooks Company shall in no case be liable for consequential damages caused by that the product fail to work properly. |
